No, but we suggest booking it earlier which helps us to make hotel reservations easier.
3. When is the early bird ending?
It’s no longer available. The deadline is lifted. Now the adult registration is $175, and for kids under 12 is $125.

5. How far is the airport from the convention center?
From Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (DTW)
Distance: Approximately 75 miles (1 Hr., 15 Mins drive)
Route: Take I-94 E directly to Port Huron.
Rental cars and ride-sharing services are available at the airport.
From Flint Bishop International Airport (FNT)
Distance: Approximately 75 miles (1hr – 15 mins drive)
Route: Take I-69 E to I-94 E towards Port Huron.
Taxis, ride-share, and rental cars are easily accessible.
6. Do you provide any shuttle service between the airport to the convention center?
No, but we will facilitate/help and provide discounted taxi services based on the number of people. We have created a WhatsApp group dedicated for this and we will add you to the group once you register to the convention. The other options are always there – rental car, Uber and Taxi etc.
2. Members who need pickup and drop services between the

No.
8. What are the other hotels close to the convention center?
We have negotiated a rate with some of the hotels below.
9. Are there any shuttles organized to transport me to the event from the Hotel?
Complimentary shuttle service will be provided from select hotels to the convention center. Stay tuned for the shuttle schedule.
10. Do you have any rooms available in the DoubleTree Hotel?
All the DoubleTree Hotel rooms are booked but we do have other Hotel rooms available which are close to the Convention Center.

14. Where can I find information about the event agenda and schedule?
The digital copy of event agenda will be published soon. Also, it will be given to you at the registration counter upon your arrival at the Convention Center.
15. I can’t pay by credit card; is there an alternate payment method?
16. What parking arrangements are available at the venue?
Yes, the Convention Center has plenty of free car parking. And also, most of the hotels also have free car parking.
17. Is the Niagara Falls trip happening?
It will be decided on the number of people registered for the trip. If there are less than 5 people, we might cancel the trip and return the money.
